Article 1 — Purpose

These Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between KoreaBeautyOfficial (the “Seller”) and any buyer (the “Customer”) making a purchase on koreabeautyofficial.com.

Article 2 — Products

The products offered are Korean cosmetics and skincare. Each product page describes its essential characteristics. Photos are non-contractual.

Article 3 — Pricing

Prices are listed in euros (€), tax included. The Seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but products are billed at the rate in effect at the time of order confirmation.

Article 4 — Orders

Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these Terms. The Customer receives a confirmation email after payment is validated. The sale is concluded on the date of that email.

Article 5 — Payment

Payment is made online by credit card (Visa, Mastercard) or via Stripe. Transactions are secured by SSL encryption.

Article 6 — Shipping

Products are shipped to Poland, Romania, and Hungary. Estimated delivery times are 7 to 21 business days depending on the destination and supplier. The Seller is not liable for delays caused by the carrier or customs.

Article 7 — Right of Withdrawal

Under European law, Customers have 14 days from receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal without justification. Return shipping costs are the Customer’s responsibility. Returned items must be in original, unopened, unused condition.

Article 8 — Refunds

In case of withdrawal, refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the return, via the original payment method.

Article 9 — Warranties

All products carry the legal conformity guarantee (2 years) and warranty against hidden defects. For defective items, contact customer service within 48 hours of receipt.

Article 10 — Personal Data (GDPR)

Data collected during checkout is used solely for order processing. It is never sold to third parties. Under GDPR, Customers have the right to access, correct, or delete their data by contacting: contact@koreabeautyofficial.com.

Article 11 — Disputes

In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing that, the competent courts will be those of the Seller’s registered office. Applicable law is European consumer law.
