We currently deliver to Poland, Romania and Hungary.
Delivery costs
- Free standard shipping on orders of €40 or more.
- €4.90 standard shipping on orders below €40.
Customs, VAT and import charges
Please read this before ordering. Your order is dispatched from our supplier’s warehouse outside the European Union. The prices shown on this website do not include EU import VAT or customs charges.
- Import VAT at your national rate — 23% in Poland, 19% in Romania, 27% in Hungary — is collected on delivery, not at checkout.
- The carrier may add a customs clearance or handling fee, usually around €2–3 per parcel.
- These amounts are set by your national customs authority, not by us. They are paid directly to the carrier before your parcel is released.
We cannot pay these charges on your behalf. If a parcel is refused and returned to us because import charges were not paid, we will refund the order minus the shipping cost.
Delivery times
- Order processing: 1–3 business days.
- Standard delivery: 7–15 business days after dispatch.
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Order tracking
Track your parcel anytime using the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. If you have not received tracking information within 4 business days of ordering, please contact us.
Issues with delivery
- Delayed parcel: if your order has not arrived within 20 business days, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier — or refund you.
- Damaged on arrival: take photos of the parcel and product and contact us within 14 days; we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
- Lost parcel: fully refunded or reshipped, your choice.
