Returns & Refunds — 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
Under EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
How to return a product
- Contact us at contact@koreabeautyofficial.com within 14 days of delivery, stating your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
- We will confirm the return address and instructions by email.
- Ship the item(s) back to us within 14 days of your withdrawal notice. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Conditions
- For hygiene reasons, cosmetics must be returned unopened and unused, in their original sealed packaging. Products that have been unsealed after delivery cannot be returned (Art. 16(e), EU Directive 2011/83/EU), unless defective.
- Faulty, damaged or incorrect items: contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos — we will offer a replacement or a full refund including shipping costs. This notice period is practical only: it does not limit or remove your legal guarantee of conformity.
Refunds
We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s) (or proof of return shipment), using the same payment method you used for the order. The refund includes standard delivery costs; return shipping is refunded only for faulty or incorrect items.
Legal guarantee
All products are covered by the EU legal guarantee of conformity (minimum 2 years). This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
