Article 1 — Seller
The website koreabeautyofficial.com is operated by Capi and Sons LLC, 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA (the “Seller”). Contact: contact@koreabeautyofficial.com. These Terms govern every purchase made on the site by a consumer (the “Customer”).
Article 2 — Products
The Seller sells skincare and cosmetic products inspired by Korean beauty routines. Products are manufactured in Asia; the brand and origin printed on the packaging are those of the product delivered. Each product page describes the essential characteristics. Photos are non-contractual.
Article 3 — Prices
Prices are shown in euros (€). Orders are dispatched from outside the European Union: the prices shown do not include EU import VAT or customs handling charges. These are collected by the carrier on delivery and are the Customer’s responsibility. Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout. Products are billed at the price in force when the order is confirmed.
Article 4 — Orders
Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these Terms and of the customs notice shown at checkout. The Customer receives a confirmation email once payment is validated; the sale is concluded on the date of that email.
Article 5 — Payment
Payment is made online by card (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay, Google Pay or Link via Stripe. Transactions are encrypted; the Seller never stores card details.
Article 6 — Shipping
Products are shipped to Poland, Romania and Hungary only. Order processing takes 1 to 3 business days; standard delivery then takes 7 to 15 business days. Shipping is €4.90 for orders below €40 and free from €40. The Seller is not liable for delays caused by the carrier or by customs, but will investigate any parcel not delivered within 20 business days and refund or reship it.
Article 7 — Right of Withdrawal
Under EU consumer law, the Customer has 14 days from receipt to withdraw without giving a reason, by writing to contact@koreabeautyofficial.com. Items must be returned unopened and unused in their sealed packaging within 14 days of the withdrawal notice; for hygiene reasons, cosmetics unsealed after delivery cannot be returned unless defective (Art. 16(e), Directive 2011/83/EU). Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer, except for faulty or incorrect items.
Article 8 — Refunds
Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item (or proof of return shipment), by the original payment method, including standard delivery costs.
Article 9 — Warranties
All products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity (2 years) and the warranty against hidden defects. For a defective, damaged or incorrect item, contact the Seller within 14 days of receipt with photos; a replacement or a full refund including shipping will be offered. This notice period is practical only: it does not limit or remove your legal guarantee of conformity.
Article 10 — Personal Data
Data collected at checkout is used to process and deliver the order, as described in our Privacy Policy. Customers may access, correct or delete their data by writing to contact@koreabeautyofficial.com.
Article 11 — Disputes
An amicable solution will be sought first. Customers residing in the EU benefit from the mandatory consumer-protection rules of their country of residence and may bring a claim before the courts of that country.
